Our Aircraft’s Story
N748CK started her life as N905PA, delivered to PAN AM Cargo in 1979 as Clipper Golden Eagle. Here she operated for 3 years before being transferred to JAL. In 2007, Kalitta Air took delivery of N748CK, where she supported the company's extensive freight networks and contracts. In 2013, she was stored along with the companies other classic 747s to make way for newer, more efficient aircraft like the 747-400, 767, 777 and recent 777 conversion projects.
