Returns
We offer returns on new items, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition that you received it in. We will cover the cost of return shipping in the event that you received the wrong item.
If you would like to return an item, please email info@planechains.ca with your order number and name, and a Plane Chains team member will get back to you with information on how to return your order.
